RETURN POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

Thank you for your purchase from Online NEW YOUniversity, LLC (operating as Daisy Shotwell Media). Please read this policy carefully before completing your transaction.

By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to the most current version of this Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases — including but not limited to ebooks, guides, downloadable resources, and course materials — are non-refundable and non-returnable upon purchase. No exceptions will be made regardless of whether the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching and Consulting Services

Purchases of coaching and consulting services are governed by a separate Coaching and Consulting Agreement provided to the client prior to or at the time of service. That agreement contains the complete terms applicable to those services, including any client satisfaction provisions. In the event of any conflict between this Return Policy and the Coaching and Consulting Agreement, the Coaching and Consulting Agreement controls.

Subscriptions and Memberships

You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid a charge for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date. Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for that billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
